The Openings
1\. Project Manager (PM)
The senior leader of the remote operations team. Owns the customer relationship across LOCG's contract portfolio, leads the five Associate Project Managers and the IT Systems Administrator, sets weekly priorities, escalates risks, and signs off on every customer\-facing deliverable. Looking for 6\+ years of operations, program\-management, or government\-contract management experience for U.S. clients.
2\. Associate Project Manager — Finance \& Business Operations
Works with billing, accounts payable or receivable, payroll coordination, expense reconciliation, and business\-management reporting. Submits invoices through WAWF/iRAPT, IPP.gov, GSA, and commercial customer portals. Strong Netsuite and Excel skills required. CPA, ACCA, CA, or CMA candidates welcome. 3\+ years U.S. accounting experience.
3\. Associate Project Manager — Growth \& Capture (Four positions needed)
LOCG's dedicated pipeline builder. Monitors SAM.gov, GSA eBuy, USASpending.gov, and state procurement portals; responds to Sources Sought and RFIs; leads proposal development (RFPs, RFQs, IFBs) for janitorial, facilities, grounds, and security contracts. Strong technical writing in U.S. business English is essential. 3\+ years federal proposal / capture experience.
4\. Associate Project Manager — Compliance, Quality \& Process Assurance
LOCG's internal watchdog and process architect. Owns the compliance calendar (SAM.gov renewal, insurance, OSHA, E\-Verify, SCA wage determinations), conducts internal audits, maintains Quality Control Plans, and writes Standard Operating Procedures. 3\+ years compliance, internal audit, or QA experience supporting a U.S. company.
5\. Associate Project Manager — Talent Acquisition
Solves our most pressing operational constraint: getting qualified janitors, porters, grounds\-maintenance technicians, supervisors, and other field staff into uniform and on site fast. High\-volume hourly recruiting across the U.S. via Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn Recruiter, and state workforce boards. 3\+ years U.S. recruiting experience including 1\+ year high\-volume hourly. Spanish fluency is a strong plus.
6\. Associate Project Manager — Field Projects
The corporate\-to\-field bridge. From a remote desk, you keep every contract site running by managing schedules, and QC inspections, coordinating supplies/equipment/subcontractors, drafting customer\-facing reports for the PM, and running after\-hours incident response. 4\+ years multi\-site operations or field\-services experience for a U.S. client. Calm under pressure.
7\. IT Systems Administrator (Shared Service)
Works with every user account, license, permission, and integration across our tech stack — Microsoft 365 / Entra ID, SAM.gov, WAWF, QuickBooks, CRM, ATS, DocuSign, Slack, and more. With work with endpoint management, security baselines (MFA, conditional access), backups, helpdesk, and SaaS vendor liaison. 4\+ years systems\-administration experience for U.S. clients; 2\+ years Microsoft 365 admin. NIST 800\-171 / CMMC awareness preferred.
