Project Manager

• *Role Overview:** We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead our B2B e\-commerce and ERP development initiatives. Our frontend is built on React / React Native and the backend ERP is ERP Next / Frappe. The role will manage in\-house developers, third\-party vendors, business stakeholders and end users to deliver scalable, user\-friendly software solutions.

• *Key Responsibilities**

· Own projects end\-to\-end: requirement gathering, planning, sprint execution, testing, UAT, release and post\-launch improvement.

· Manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies, product backlog, priorities, milestones, dependencies, risks and delivery timelines.

· Work with management, sales, purchase, warehouse, finance, support, customers and other stakeholders to gather and validate business requirements.

· Prepare BRD/FRD, user stories, use cases, process flows, acceptance criteria, UAT scenarios and change requests.

· Manage and coordinate in\-house developers, frontend/backend teams and third\-party software vendors.

· Validate business use cases, edge cases and workflow impact before development; ensure delivered features solve the actual business problem.

· Coordinate API and third\-party integrations such as payment gateways, logistics, notifications and other SaaS platforms.

• *Required Experience \& Skills**

· 5\+ years of software / IT project management experience, preferably in e\-commerce, ERP or enterprise applications.

· Strong practical knowledge of Agile/Scrum, sprint planning, backlog management, stakeholder management and release management.

· Strong B2B e\-commerce domain understanding: quotation, pricing, MOQ/UOM, customer\-specific pricing, credit, payment terms, inventory, multi\-warehouse, fulfilment, shipping and returns.

· Good ERP knowledge; hands\-on experience with ERPNext/Frappe is a strong advantage.

· Working understanding of React, React Native, REST APIs, JSON, webhooks and frontend/backend integrations.

· Strong communication, documentation, problem\-solving and team/vendor management skills.

A business\-oriented technology Project Manager who can move comfortably between management meetings, customer discussions, warehouse/operations teams and developer reviews. The candidate should convert business problems into clear, validated and executable software requirements—not just track tasks and meeting schedules.

Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹60,000\.00 per month
