About BudgetApp Studio

BudgetApp Studio is looking for a proactive and organized Project Manager to manage software development projects, coordinate with technical teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time. The ideal candidate should have good communication, leadership, and project coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and track software development projects from initiation to delivery.
• Coordinate with developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and other team members.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into project tasks.
• Define project timelines, milestones, priorities, and deliverables.
• Assign tasks and monitor team progress.
• Conduct daily stand\-up meetings and project review meetings.
• Communicate with clients and provide regular project updates.
• Identify project risks, resolve issues, and manage dependencies.
• Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining quality standards.
• Prepare project reports, documentation, and progress updates.
• Manage multiple projects and coordinate resources effectively.
• Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and improve team productivity.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in project management or project coordination, preferably in IT/software development.
• Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or ClickUp.
• Good communication and team coordination skills.
• Strong organizational, time\-management, and problem\-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks.
• Basic understanding of web development, mobile applications, and software technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience coordinating software development teams.
• Experience handling client communication and project requirements.
• Knowledge of API integration and web/mobile application development is an advantage.
