Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Business Analyst with strong expertise in Capital Markets and Front Office Risk projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end\-to\-end project delivery, project governance, stakeholder management, and coordination between business, risk, and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project governance activities, including steering committees, working groups, project plans, and status reporting.
• Manage end\-to\-end project delivery using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional deliverables.
• Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and resource planning.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Risk, Trading, and Technology teams.
• Track project progress and maintain documentation using JIRA and Confluence.
• Support strategic initiatives related to Capital Markets and Front Office Risk.
• Ensure effective stakeholder communication and project governance throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in Capital Markets project management.
• Strong experience in Project Management with exposure to Business Analysis.
• Hands\-on experience in Front Office Risk projects.
• Strong understanding of Capital Markets products, risk management processes, and risk frameworks.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
• Hands\-on knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and governance skills.
• Experience working with global investment banks or financial institutions is preferred.
• PMP certification is an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience working with Front Office, Trading, Market Risk, or Risk Change teams.
• Exposure to investment banking or global markets environments.
• Candidates based in Mumbai are preferred.
• Immediate to 30 days' notice period preferred.

Pay: ₹2,800,000\.00 \- ₹3,000,000\.00 per year
