• *Job Summary**

We are looking for an experienced and result\-oriented Project Manager – Civil to manage construction projects ensuring timely completion, cost control, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage end\-to\-end project execution from planning to final handover.
• Supervise all civil construction activities, including foundations, RCC, structural works, and finishing.
• Prepare project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion.
• Manage project budgets, cost control, procurement, and material planning.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure quality standards, HSE compliance, and adherence to approved drawings.
• Coordinate statutory approvals and applicable Chennai/Tamil Nadu building regulations.
• Manage manpower, equipment, resources, and site operations.
• Handle technical issues, project risks, and corrective actions.
• Prepare progress reports and provide regular updates to the CEO.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and final project handover.

• *Required Skills \& Experience**

• Minimum **15\+ years of construction experience** is mandatory.
• Proven experience in residential, commercial, and high\-rise building projects.
• Strong knowledge of RCC construction, project planning, BOQs, and cost management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera P6 / MS Project, and MS Office.
• Knowledge of applicable IS codes, Tamil Nadu regulations, and Chennai statutory approvals.
• Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and problem\-solving skills.
• Ability to independently manage projects
