• *ROLE SUMMARY**

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all phases of construction projects at Vastu Vihar — from inception to handover. This is a leadership role requiring strong technical knowledge, project planning expertise, and the ability to manage crossfunctional teams, contractors, and stakeholders effectively.

• *KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

• *Project Planning \& Execution**

▸ Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and milestones using MS Project or equivalent tools.

▸ Define project scope, objectives, resource allocation, and deliverables in alignment with organizational goals.

▸ Monitor and control project timelines to ensure on\-time delivery within budget.

• *Site Supervision \& Quality Control**

▸ Oversee day\-to\-day site operations ensuring adherence to design drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

▸ Conduct regular site inspections and audits to maintain construction quality and compliance.

▸ Resolve technical and operational challenges promptly to avoid project delays.

• *Team \& Contractor Management**

▸ Lead and manage a multi\-disciplinary team including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.

▸ Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP engineers, and vendors.

▸ Conduct performance reviews and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.

• *Budget \& Cost Management**

▸ Prepare, manage, and review project budgets; ensure cost optimization without compromising quality.

▸ Approve material procurement, track expenditures, and prepare financial progress reports.

▸ Identify cost\-saving opportunities and value engineering options.

• *Stakeholder Communication \& Reporting**

▸ Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and senior management.

▸ Prepare and present periodic project progress reports, risk assessments, and escalation reports.

▸ Ensure smooth coordination between all internal and external stakeholders.

• *Compliance \& Documentation**

▸ Ensure all project activities comply with applicable local building codes, RERA guidelines, and statutory regulations.

▸ Maintain comprehensive project documentation including drawings, RFIs, NCRs, MOM, and handover documents.

▸ Manage QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety \& Environment) protocols on\-site.

• *QUALIFICATIONS**

• *Educational Qualifications**

▸ Diploma in Civil Engineering.

▸ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).

▸ PMP / PRINCE2 / Construction Management Certification — Desirable. Experience

▸ Minimum 7 years of experience in project management within construction, real estate, or infrastructure sectors.

▸ Proven track record of successfully delivering residential, commercial, or mixed\-use projects.

▸ Prior experience in managing projects valued above ₹5 crore is preferred.

• *Technical Skills**

▸ Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera P6 or equivalent planning tools.

▸ Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and materials.

▸ Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and RERA compliance.

• *Managerial \& Soft Skills**

▸ Strong leadership, decision\-making, and conflict resolution abilities.

▸ Excellent communication skills — written and verbal (English \& Hindi; regional language preferred).

▸ High level of integrity, accountability, and result\-oriented approach.

▸ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹60,000\.00 per month
