• *About the Role**

We are looking for a skilled and organized Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate with different teams, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Plan, execute, and monitor projects to ensure timely and successful completion.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure team members meet deadlines.
• Identify potential risks, challenges, and project dependencies, and implement appropriate solutions.
• Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and overall performance.
• Conduct regular project meetings and provide progress updates to management and clients.
• Ensure all deliverables meet the required quality standards and client expectations.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, schedules, and status updates.
• Manage client expectations, address concerns, and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining efficiency and productivity.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, or a related field.
• 3\+ years of experience in project management or a similar role.
• Strong organisational, leadership, and team management skills.
• Fluent written and verbal English
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Trello, Asana, Jira, ClickUp, or Microsoft Project.
• Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects.
• Strong analytical, decision\-making, and problem\-solving abilities.
• Experience in client communication, project reporting, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast\-paced environment.

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or traditional project management methodologies.
• Previous experience managing cross\-functional teams and client\-facing projects.
