PROJECT MANAGER – CLIENTS \& EVENTS

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to lead client projects and manage event execution. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between clients, internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered successfully and events are executed flawlessly.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end\-to\-end client projects from onboarding to completion.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Understand client requirements and convert them into actionable project plans.
• Coordinate with creative, content, digital marketing, and production teams.
• Plan, organize, and execute corporate events, launches, exhibitions, conferences, and promotional activities.
• Manage event timelines, budgets, vendors, logistics, and on\-site operations.
• Conduct regular client meetings and provide project updates.
• Ensure deliverables are completed on schedule and meet quality standards.
• Identify project risks and implement solutions proactively.
• Prepare project reports, event reports, and performance summaries.

Requirements

• Minimum 2\+ years of experience in Project Management, Event Management, Client Servicing, or a related role.
• Proven experience in planning and executing events.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and external partners.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, advertising, branding, or event agencies.
• Understanding of digital marketing workflows.
• Ability to travel for events when required.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
