*As the Project Manager – Construction, you will be:**
Working on end\-to\-end project site responsibilities covering cost, quality, schedule, EHS
Managing the main contractor and sub\-contractors
Involved in design and execution coordination with the architect and all consultants
Reviewing progress on a regular basis with all stake holders
Managing vendors, ensuring quality and timelines.
Ensuring project closure on time.
*Requirements**
B. Tech in Civil Engineering. (PG Diploma in Construction Management will be an added advantage).
18\-20 years’ experience in building construction and project management
Proven experience in executing integrated construction works of 1 million sft \+ project size
Project site experience in residential buildings, commercial complex. Any site experience in building educational institutes will be an added advantage.
Experience MEP / IT / Finishes / Interior/ Landscape in large projects
Knowledge of construction statutory compliance, safety, cost (including QS \& billing with back up measures)
Experience with Lump sum / Fixed price GC (general Contracting) model
Experience in reading Auto\-cad 3D / Revit based 2D/3D drawings
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Work experience in the top 5 construction companies in India will be helpful.
Willingness to travel and relocate to project sites at Central, East \& North\-East India
