Project Manager / Customer Relationship Manager

### **Position Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Customer Relationship Manager to lead enterprise payment implementation projects while serving as the primary point of contact for customers. This role combines project delivery, stakeholder management, and customer relationship responsibilities, ensuring successful implementations and long\-term customer satisfaction.

### **Role and Responsibilities**

• Manage end\-to\-end implementation projects for enterprise payment solutions.
• Serve as the primary customer relationship manager throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, execution, and delivery.
• Coordinate activities across Product, Development, QA, Support, and Professional Services teams.
• Track project milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Conduct regular customer meetings and executive status reviews.
• Ensure customer expectations are aligned with project deliverables.
• Manage scope, timelines, and communication throughout implementations.
• Escalate risks and coordinate resolution across internal teams.
• Drive customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for service improvements.

### **Required Experience**

5\+ years of project management and customer relationship management experience supporting enterprise banking or payment technology solutions.

### **Job Requirements**

• Experience managing enterprise software implementation projects.
• Strong experience working with banking core systems and payment systems.
• Excellent customer relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong project planning and organizational abilities.
• Experience coordinating cross\-functional technical teams.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem\-solving and decision\-making capabilities.
• Experience working in fast\-paced enterprise software environments.
• PMP, Prince2, Agile, or Scrum certification is an advantage.
• Experience with Global PayPlus (GPP) is highly preferred.
