Construction Project Manager \- Sindhudurga

• *Project:** 500\-Bed Hospital Construction , 10 lakh SqFt

• *Experience:** 12–18 Years

• *Qualification:** B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering, preferably with project management experience.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Lead end\-to\-end execution of the 500\-bed hospital project, ensuring timely completion within approved budget and quality standards.
• Manage civil, structural, finishing, MEP, HVAC, plumbing, fire\-fighting, and medical infrastructure coordination.
• Monitor project schedules, critical milestones, manpower, materials, and contractor performance.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, client representatives, vendors, and statutory authorities.
• Review drawings, BOQs, contracts, billing, variations, and project progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and hospital\-specific technical specifications.
• Conduct regular site reviews, resolve execution issues, and implement corrective measures to prevent delays.
• Report project progress, risks, costs, and key decisions to senior management.

• *Preferred Experience:** Large\-scale hospital, healthcare infrastructure, or multi\-storey institutional construction projects and turnkey project execution.

• *Key Skills:** Project planning, team leadership, coordination, and execution excellence.

Pay: ₹65,000\.00 \- ₹80,000\.00 per month
