About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in IT services, client account management, project delivery, and team leadership. The ideal candidate should have experience managing client relationships, handling multiple projects, leading cross\-functional teams, and identifying opportunities for account growth through upselling and cross\-selling.

Key Responsibilities

• **Client \& Account Management**
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client communication, requirements, escalations, and feedback.
• Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and long\-term business relationships.
• **Project Management \& Delivery**
• Manage multiple IT projects from initiation to successful delivery.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and resolve delivery\-related challenges.
• **Team Management**
• Lead and manage cross\-functional teams, including developers, designers, QA, and other technical resources.
• Allocate tasks, monitor team performance, and ensure accountability.
• Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth execution.
• **Upselling \& Account Growth**
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross\-selling additional IT services to existing clients.
• Understand client business requirements and recommend suitable technology solutions.
• Contribute to account expansion, revenue growth, and client retention.
• **Technical \& Service Understanding**
• Possess a good understanding of IT services and technology solutions, including:
• Web Application Development
• Mobile Application Development
• AI/ML Solutions
• Custom Software Development
• Understand relevant technology stacks and coordinate effectively with technical teams.
• **Reporting \& Coordination**
• Prepare project status reports, performance updates, and delivery documentation.
• Conduct regular client and internal review meetings.
• Ensure effective communication between clients, management, and development teams.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• 6–7 years of experience in IT Project Management / Project Delivery.
• Strong experience in client account handling and relationship management.
• Proven experience in team handling and project execution.
• Excellent upselling and cross\-selling skills.
• Experience managing multiple IT projects simultaneously.
• Good understanding of web, mobile, and AI/ML development services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, problem\-solving, and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Jira, and project management tools.

Work Requirements

• Work from office – Mohali, Punjab.
• Day Shift.
• Full\-time position.

Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000\.00 per year
