• *Position Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic, results\-driven Project Manager to lead cross\-functional delivery teams in executing cutting\-edge software solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for the end\-to\-end lifecycle of application development projects, focusing heavily on enterprise web, desktop, and integration architectures (specifically within the .NET ecosystem). The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with Klystron Global's high\-quality standards.

• *Roles \& Responsibilities:**

• **End\-to\-End Project Execution:** Plan, execute, and finalize software projects according to strict deadlines and within budget, managing resource allocation and team workflows.
• **Stakeholder \& Client Management:** Interface directly with global clients and internal business analysts to define project features, establish clear project milestones, and manage expectations.
• **Technical Team Leadership:** Coordinate closely with technical leads, .NET developers, and QA teams to translate functional specifications into actionable development sprints.
• **Scope \& Risk Mitigation:** Proactively identify, track, and mitigate project risks and scope creep. Implement change management protocols where necessary.
• **Quality Assurance Alignment:** Partner with Quality Assurance and Test Analysts to ensure application testing plans align with delivery timelines and meet zero\-defect deployment goals.
• **Performance Tracking:** Monitor project performance using KPIs, velocity charts, and delivery metrics. Report progress regularly to senior leadership.
• **Process Documentation:** Oversee the compilation and maintenance of comprehensive project documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and technical delivery blueprints.

• *Preferred Education / Experience:**

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5\+ years of experience in IT Project Management, with a proven track record of managing enterprise software delivery.
• **Strong Technical Roots:** Prior experience as a software developer, preferably within the Microsoft tech stack (.NET Core/Framework, C\#, SQL Server, MVC/WPF), to effectively gauge technical complexities and estimate timelines. Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid experience driving projects using Agile/Scrum or Hybrid methodologies.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PMI\-ACP, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) are highly advantageous.

• *Preferred Knowledge / Skills:**

• **Tech\-Savvy Project Governance:** Ability to speak the language of developers and architects; comfort evaluating high\-level system flows, database requirements, and integration checkpoints (e.g., APIs, event orchestration).
• **Resource Management:** Demonstrated ability to drive multi\-disciplinary teams productively, balancing priorities across concurrent project pipelines without sacrificing delivery quality.
• **Exceptional Communication:** Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills to interface smoothly with international branches and diverse client portfolios.
• Expertise with modern project management and tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, ClickUp, or Confluence).
