Project Manager

• *Role Overview**

We are looking for a Project Manager to manage mobile game development from planning through release. You will

coordinate development, art, design, and QA teams, maintain clear priorities, resolve blockers, and ensure builds meet

agreed timelines and quality standards.

• *Key Responsibilities**

\- Turn project goals into clear tasks, milestones, sprint plans, and release schedules.

\- Coordinate developers, artists, designers, and QA to deliver features and fixes.

\- Maintain Jira boards with accurate priorities, ownership, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.

\- Run sprint planning, progress reviews, demos, and retrospectives.

\- Track delivery risks, identify blockers early, and coordinate solutions.

\- Manage scope changes and communicate their impact on timelines and resources.

\- Coordinate build delivery, QA testing, bug prioritization, and release readiness.

\- Work with technical leads to align branching, integration, and hotfix schedules.

\- Share concise progress updates and decisions with management and stakeholders.

\- Coordinate post\-release monitoring and prioritize issues using player feedback and performance data.

\- Improve team workflows to reduce delays and strengthen delivery predictability.

• *Required Skills and Qualifications**

\- Experience managing software or game development projects involving multiple teams.

\- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, sprint planning, and release management.

\- Hands\-on experience with Jira or similar project management tools.

\- Strong communication, organization, and problem\-solving skills.

\- Ability to manage competing priorities and follow tasks through to completion.

\- Familiarity with development, QA, bug tracking, and release processes.

\- Ability to work with technical teams and communicate requirements clearly.

• *Preferred Qualifications**

\-Experience shipping mobile games on Android or iOS.

\- Familiarity with Unity development workflows and version control.

\- Experience coordinating live updates, staged rollouts, and hotfixes.

Pay: From ₹25,000\.00 per month
