Key Responsibilities

• *\- Manage projects from initiation to successful delivery, ensuring timelines and quality.**

• *\- Coordinate with technical, business, and external stakeholders.**

• *\- Track project plans, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables.**

• *\- Manage requirements, priorities, and project documentation.**

• *\- Conduct project meetings and provide regular status updates.**

• *\- Work with cross\-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.**

Requirements

• *\- 4–5 years of experience in Project Management / IT Project Management.**

• *\- Strong experience in Fintech, Banking, BFSI, or Financial Services.**

• *\- Good understanding of areas such as Payments, Lending, KYC/AML, Reconciliation, \- Banking, or** Investment.

• *\- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.**

• *\- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools.**

• *PMP/Scrum certification preferred.**
