Project Manager

We are looking for a highly experienced and result\-oriented Project Manager – Civil with over 10 years of experience in real estate construction and project execution. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing end\-to\-end project operations, ensuring timely completion, maintaining construction quality, controlling costs, and managing contractors and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end\-to\-end civil construction activities for residential and commercial real estate projects.
• Develop project plans, construction schedules, budgets, and execution strategies.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within approved budgets.
• Supervise civil engineers, site engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and labour teams.
• Ensure construction quality in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
• Manage material procurement, resource allocation, labour productivity, and cost control.
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, vendors, contractors, and senior management.
• Review BOQs, estimates, billing, contractor payments, and project expenditure.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical and operational challenges.
• Ensure compliance with construction safety standards and applicable statutory regulations.
• Prepare and present project progress reports, budgets, and risk assessments to management.
• Identify potential delays and implement corrective actions to achieve project milestones.
• Ensure proper documentation and smooth handover of completed projects.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred; Diploma in Civil Engineering may be considered based on experience.
• **More than 10 years of experience** in civil construction, preferably in real estate development.
• Proven track record of independently managing large\-scale residential or commercial construction projects.
• Strong expertise in construction planning, estimation, BOQ, budgeting, quality control, and execution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Project or similar project management tools.
• Excellent leadership, team management, negotiation, and problem\-solving skills.
• Strong ability to manage multiple contractors and ensure timely project delivery.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in handling complete real estate construction projects from commencement to handover.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, structural drawings, and site management.
• Ability to control project costs without compromising quality.
• Excellent coordination and reporting skills with a professional approach to management.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Pay: ₹45,000\.00 \- ₹80,000\.00 per month
