Jamaica Park Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Project Manager with over 8 years of professional experience in the development, construction, and execution of cafés and restaurants. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in end\-to\-end project management, site execution, contractor coordination, budgeting, and timely project delivery.

• *\# Key Responsibilities**

· Manage end\-to\-end development of cafés, restaurants, and other hospitality outlets, from planning to final handover.

· Coordinate architectural design, interior fit\-outs, civil work, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and kitchen equipment installation.

· Prepare project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and execution timelines.

· Supervise contractors, vendors, consultants, and on\-site teams to ensure quality and timely completion.

· Conduct regular site inspections and resolve construction or execution\-related issues.

· Monitor project costs, material procurement, and vendor performance.

· Ensure compliance with building regulations, fire safety standards, and applicable hospitality requirements.

· Coordinate with architects, interior designers, operations teams, and management.

· Travel to project locations as required for site visits and project execution.

• *\# Required Qualifications \& Skills**

· \- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.

· \- Minimum \*8\+ years of full\-time professional experience\* in project management.

· \- Proven experience in the construction, setup, and execution of cafés and restaurants is essential.

· \- Strong knowledge of commercial interiors, civil work, MEP services, and kitchen setup.

· \- Experience in budgeting, BOQs, vendor management, procurement, and project scheduling.

· Strong leadership, negotiation, problem\-solving, and coordination skills.

· Proficiency in project planning tools and relevant technical software.
