Project Manager

Eligibility

Responsibilities

• **Project Planning and Preparation:**
• Plan, organize, and manage all construction activities to ensure smooth progress.
• Develop and implement construction schedules and effectively manage resources (materials, equipment, and manpower).
• Prepare the site and liaise with other construction professionals such as architects, engineers, and surveyors.
• **Construction Execution:**
• Supervise and coordinate construction activities according to priorities and plans.
• Ensure compliance with building and safety regulations and standards.
• Resolve on\-site issues and emergencies promptly.
• Monitor and manage subcontractors' performance.
• **Quality Control and Safety:**
• Ensure construction projects meet quality and safety standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and site audits to identify potential hazards or quality issues.
• Implement and maintain quality assurance procedures and processes.
• Enforce strict safety guidelines and company health and safety policies.
• **Cost Management:**
• Monitor project budget and track expenses.
• Control construction costs and expenses within the budget.
• Review and approve contractor and supplier invoices.
• **Reporting and Communication:**
• Report on progress to project managers, clients, and stakeholders as required.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports such as daily logs, site diaries, and photographs.
• Communicate effectively with site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• **Team Management:**
• Lead, motivate, and manage site personnel.
• Delegate tasks and supervise the work of laborers, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other trades.
• Provide training and development opportunities to site staff as needed.

Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹240,000\.00 \- ₹360,000\.00 per year
