- *Job Title:** Project Manager – Interior \& Civil (Hotels \& Restaurants)
- *Location:** South Region (India) (Candidate from Bangalore Market will be preferred)

The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of interior fit\-outs and civil works for existing hotel and restaurant renovations, as well as upcoming projects across the South region. The role requires strong coordination, technical expertise, and the ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- *1\. Project Planning \& Execution**
- Manage end\-to\-end execution of interior and civil projects for hotels and restaurants
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Ensure adherence to design specifications, brand standards, and quality benchmarks
- *2\. Renovation \& New Projects**
- Lead renovation works for existing hotel and restaurant properties with minimal operational disruption
- Oversee new project developments from concept to handover
- *3\. Vendor \& Contractor Management**
- Identify, appoint, and manage contractors, vendors, and consultants
- Monitor vendor performance, quality of work, and adherence to timelines
- Negotiate contracts and manage procurement processes
- *4\. Site Management \& Coordination**
- Conduct regular site visits across the South region
- Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure smooth execution and resolve on\-site challenges promptly
- *5\. Budget \& Cost Control**
- Prepare and manage project budgets
- Track expenses and ensure cost optimization without compromising quality
- Approve bills and verify contractor invoices
- *6\. Quality \& Compliance**
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, local regulations, and statutory approvals
- Maintain high\-quality standards for materials and workmanship
- *7\. Reporting \& Documentation**
- Provide regular project updates to senior management
- Maintain project documentation, drawings, and reports
- Track project milestones and KPIs
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- 5–10\+ years of experience in interior fit\-outs and civil works
- Prior experience in hotels, restaurants, or hospitality projects is essential
- *Skills \& Competencies:**
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Good knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and civil construction
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar tools
- Strong problem\-solving and decision\-making abilities
- Willingness to travel extensively across the South region
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and dynamic environments
Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹80,000\.00 per month
