Project Manager

• *About the Role**

Lamppost Digital is looking for an organised, responsible professional who can lead people, manage projects and take ownership of delivery.

You will act as the bridge between management and the delivery team—turning business requirements into clear tasks, coordinating execution and ensuring work is completed on time and to the expected standard.

We welcome candidates from IT, software, technology services, operations, administration and other backgrounds who can demonstrate strong managerial ability. Previous digital marketing or agency experience is not mandatory.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage assigned projects from requirement clarification through execution and final delivery.
• Convert management direction into clear tasks, responsibilities, priorities and deadlines.
• Lead and coordinate internal team members, freelancers and external service providers.
• Allocate work based on team capacity and follow through on commitments.
• Monitor progress, resolve routine challenges and escalate issues requiring management decisions.
• Review completed work against agreed requirements and quality standards.
• Coordinate corrections, client inputs and approvals.
• Communicate project progress, delivery issues and next steps clearly to clients and management.
• Participate in client meetings and ensure agreed actions are completed.
• Maintain task updates, project records and handover documentation.
• Learn the company’s services, tools and processes to manage delivery effectively.
• Help improve team coordination, accountability and delivery consistency.

• *What We Are Looking For**

• At least 3 years of professional experience, with responsibility for coordinating people, projects, operations or service delivery.
• Ability to lead a team, set priorities and get work completed.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Practical problem\-solving and sound judgement.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn how to assess work quality.
• Confidence in handling client conversations and taking responsibility for follow\-through.
• Comfort using computers and digital tools, with the ability to learn new platforms.
• Openness to feedback, new working methods and AI\-supported tools.
• Commitment to a full\-time, in\-office role and a long\-term professional association.

Your previous designation or industry is less important than your ability to organise work, guide people, learn the business and deliver results.

• *Learning and Support**

Management will provide direction, service orientation and guidance on our tools, processes and quality standards. You will be expected to apply that learning and progressively take ownership of project delivery.
