Key Roles \& Responsibilities

1\. **Project Planning \& Execution** – Plan, organize, and execute residential and commercial construction projects from start to completion.

2\. **Project Management** – Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely completion within approved budgets and quality standards.

3\. **Team Management** – Lead and coordinate site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and labour teams.

4\. **Budget \& Cost Control** – Prepare project budgets, monitor expenses, control costs, and minimize material wastage.

5\. **Site Supervision** – Monitor daily site activities and ensure construction work follows approved drawings and specifications.

6\. **Quality Control** – Ensure construction quality, material standards, safety regulations, and technical specifications.

7\. **Material Management** – Plan material requirements, coordinate procurement, and ensure timely availability at project sites.

8\. **Client Coordination** – Maintain professional communication with clients, architects, consultants, and stakeholders.

9\. **Progress Monitoring** – Review project schedules, track progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions.

10\. **Technical Coordination** – Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and resolve site\-related technical issues.

11\. **Contractor Management** – Coordinate subcontractors, verify work progress, and monitor contractual obligations.

12\. **Reporting \& Documentation** – Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, project records, and billing documentation.

13\. **Safety Management** – Implement site safety procedures and ensure compliance with construction safety standards.

14\. **Project Handover** – Ensure final inspections, snag\-list clearance, documentation, and successful project handover.

Essential Skills \& Qualifications

• B.E. / M.E in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10\+ years of construction project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of residential and commercial construction.
• Expertise in project planning, budgeting, and execution.
• Leadership, team management, and decision\-making skills.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project / Primavera, and MS Excel.
• Strong client handling and communication skills.

• *Language Requirements:**

• *Must be fluent in Tamil, English, Hindi, and Malayalam** (all four languages are mandatory).

Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month
