Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in managing CRM and Microsoft .NET application development projects. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience leading Agile delivery teams, managing project execution through Azure DevOps, and successfully delivering solutions for US\-based clients. The candidate must be capable of managing cross\-functional teams, ensuring on\-time delivery, and driving project governance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end\-to\-end delivery of CRM and .NET application development projects.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Facilitate and drive Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand\-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Grooming.
• Utilize Azure DevOps for sprint planning, backlog management, work item tracking, reporting, and release planning.
• Work closely with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Developers, QA teams, and client stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• Prepare and present project status reports, metrics, RAID logs, and executive dashboards.
• Monitor team velocity, sprint progress, resource utilization, and delivery milestones.
• Manage client expectations, identify risks proactively, and drive issue resolution.
• Coordinate with geographically distributed teams and stakeholders across multiple time zones.
• Ensure adherence to Agile best practices, quality standards, and organizational delivery processes.
• Support project estimations, resource planning, and forecasting activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Project Manager in software development projects.
• Proven experience managing CRM implementations and/or enhancements.
• Strong experience managing Microsoft .NET development projects.
• Demonstrated experience delivering projects for US clients/customers.
• Hands\-on experience with Azure DevOps for project tracking and Agile delivery management.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and iterative development methodologies.
• Experience leading and managing project teams of 10 or more members.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Excellent problem\-solving and decision\-making capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or other Project Management certification.
• Experience working with distributed/offshore delivery teams.
• Exposure to cloud\-based solutions, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Experience managing fixed\-price and time \& material projects.
