• *Job Summary:**

We are looking for an experienced **Project Manager – Oracle Transformation** to lead Oracle Enterprise Applications projects from planning through delivery. The candidate should have strong project management expertise, a sound understanding of Oracle Cloud Financials, and knowledge of HFM, General Ledger, and accounting processes. The role requires managing project scope, budget, schedule, resources, risks, and contractual deliverables while ensuring successful project execution.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

1\. Lead end\-to\-end delivery of Oracle Enterprise Applications and transformation projects.

2\. Define and manage project scope, plans, budgets, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.

3\. Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies to manage project execution and delivery.

4\. Maintain a sound understanding of Oracle Cloud Financials, HFM, General Ledger, and accounting processes.

5\. Manage project teams comprising internal employees, client stakeholders, and third\-party vendors.

6\. Plan staffing requirements, allocate resources, and monitor team performance.

7\. Track project progress, manage risks and issues, and implement mitigation plans.

8\. Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to ensure alignment with project objectives.

9\. Manage contractual obligations, project governance, status reporting, and delivery quality.

10\. Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, budgets, and scope.

• *Mandatory Skills:**

• Strong experience in Project Management.
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Sound understanding of Oracle Cloud Financials.
• Knowledge of HFM, General Ledger (GL), and accounting processes.
• Experience in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• *Preferred Skills:**

• Experience managing Oracle transformation projects.
• Experience managing third\-party vendors and client teams.
• Knowledge of project governance, risk management, and contractual deliverables.
• Experience with Agile project management tools and reporting.

Pay: ₹2,200,000\.00 \- ₹2,600,000\.00 per year
