Project Manager - Residential project

A Civil Construction Project Manager oversees projects from start to finish, ensuring they're completed on time, within budget, and to quality/safety standards by planning, coordinating teams (engineers, architects, contractors), managing resources (materials, labor, equipment), handling contracts, and communicating with clients and stakeholders, requiring strong leadership, technical knowledge, and problem\-solving skills.

• *Experience:** 10 \- 12 Years

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Planning \& Scheduling: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and work schedules, ensuring all milestones are met.
• Budget \& Cost Control: Manage project budgets, track costs, and minimize overspending.
• Resource Management: Allocate and manage labor, materials, and equipment, including procurement.
• Team Leadership: Hire, supervise, and guide construction teams, including subcontractors and site managers.
• Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and suppliers, providing regular progress reports.
• Quality \& Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to building codes, regulations, and strict health and safety standards.
• Contract \& Risk Management: Negotiate contracts, manage vendor relations, and mitigate project risks.
• Site Supervision: Monitor on\-site progress, quality, and productivity.

• *Key Skills \& Qualifications:**

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience: Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager.
• Technical Skills: Understanding of construction procedures, materials, project management principles, and relevant software (e.g., MS Office, scheduling tools).
• Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, time\-management, and organizational skills.
• Certifications: PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹70,000\.00 \- ₹90,000\.00 per month
