Project Manager

• *Profile:** Project Manager (FMCG)

• *Location:** Sonipat plant site, full\-time

• *Reports to:** Senior Management, Shellz India Limited

• *Qualification:** B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering. Master's degree is a plus.

• *Experience:** Candidate **must** have proven experience of **FMCG** end\-to\-end project delivery, from design and planning stage through to execution and commissioning. Familiarity with international equipment OEMs (Turkey, China, and others). Experience in high\-hygiene manufacturing plants, food industry preferred. Exposure to BRC or other globally certified plants is a plus.

• *Responsibilities**

• Should own the master project schedule, budget, and milestone plan as per **FMCG Industry**
• Lead the Project Engineering Team (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineers)
• Interface with the engineering consultant, civil contractor, and equipment OEMs
• Drive design reviews, P\&ID sign\-offs, GFC drawing releases, and layout finalisation
• Coordinate procurement across process equipment, utilities, and instrumentation
• Manage statutory approvals: fire NOC, Pollution Control Board, factory license, boiler inspector, CEIG, FSSAI
• Track cost, time, and quality; escalate risks with mitigation plans
• Lead trial production, performance testing, and handover to operations

• Multi\-storey food or **FMCG plant** setup experience
• Familiarity with imported equipment procurement, customs, and logistics
• Comfort reviewing engineering drawings independently
• Working proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, Excel, and ERP systems

Pay: ₹55,000\.00 \- ₹75,000\.00 per month
