We are looking for an AI Solutions Architect – Generative AI to work closely with customers, Sales, and Delivery teams to identify high\-value use cases, design scalable AI solutions, and accelerate successful adoption.

As an AI Solutions Architect, you will combine strong technical expertise with business acumen to help customers realize value from Generative AI. You will lead customer discovery, shape solution architectures, support presales engagements, and provide technical guidance throughout implementation. You will translate business challenges into practical AI use cases, develop compelling value propositions, and help customers move from initial concepts and proofs of concept to secure, scalable, and production\-ready solutions. **Key responsibilities:*** Leading customer discovery sessions to understand business objectives, pain points, existing environments, and potential Generative AI use cases.

• Designing secure and scalable AI solutions across areas such as content generation, intelligent customer service, knowledge management, data analysis, and workflow automation.
• Supporting presales engagements through technical presentations, demonstrations, workshops, proof\-of\-concepts, proposals, and solution documentation.
• Developing business cases and value hypotheses that demonstrate how AI can improve efficiency, reduce costs, manage risk, or create new revenue opportunities.
• Collaborating with Sales and Delivery teams to ensure solutions are technically feasible, commercially viable, and successfully transitioned into implementation.
• Monitoring AI market developments and customer trends while identifying opportunities for service expansion, innovation, and continuous improvement.

What we need to see from you

• Experience in AI solution architecture, technical presales, solution consulting, or customer\-facing Data \& AI roles.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, large language models, AI agents, retrieval\-augmented generation, and enterprise AI solution patterns.
• Familiarity with platforms and frameworks such as Azure OpenAI, Microsoft AI Foundry, Amazon Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, OpenAI, Hugging Face, or LangChain.
• Ability to translate customer business challenges into practical AI solutions, measurable outcomes, and compelling business\-value narratives.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Chinese and English, with confidence engaging executives, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Strong collaboration and delivery mindset, with the ability to coordinate across Sales, architecture, engineering, and project teams.
