• *Role Overview**

We're looking for a Project Manager to support the execution of our ITSM and CMS project portfolio. You'll work closely with cross\-functional teams engineering, DevOps, QA, and clientfacing stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with full visibility for leadership.

• *Key Responsibilities.**

• Support end\-to\-end coordination of ITSM/CMS projects from planning through delivery ensuring SLA compliance and stakeholder alignment.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand\-ups, retrospectives, backlog grooming) and help identify and resolve sprint bottlenecks.
• Maintain and manage Jira boards, roadmaps, and ticketing workflows to ensure accurate, real\-time project tracking.
• Build and maintain reporting dashboards and trackers in Excel and Jira to provide visibility into project health, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Act as a communication bridge between internal engineering teams and external clients, ensuring timely updates and resolving issues.
• Assist in risk identification and mitigation planning across active projects.
• Support governance and reporting cadences (status reports, steering committee updates, executive dashboards).
• Help drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, reducing manual overhead and sprint spillover

• *Requirements**

• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a Scrum Master role, ideally within a tech or software environment.
• Bachelor's degree in technical or business discipline.
• Solid foundational understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Sprint Planning mechanics.
• Proficiency with Jira (boards, roadmaps, ticketing) and Advanced Excel (data sorting, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP for data tracking).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with both internal teams and external clients.
• A genuine passion for solving problems collaboratively across teams.

• *Nice to Have**

• **Exposure to release management.**
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms and ITSM concepts is highly desirable.
• **Certifications such as CSM, PSM\-I.**
• Experience building or maintaining dashboards for executive reporting.
