Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project/Program Management Lead to manage complex engineering projects involving electronics and embedded systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end\-to\-end project execution, planning, governance, resource management, customer coordination, risk management, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end\-to\-end project and program execution, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, cost, and quality requirements.
• Establish project plans, milestones, governance processes, and review mechanisms.
• Maintain project schedules, dashboards, risk logs, action trackers, and management reports.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Testing, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations teams.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, resources, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Identify project risks, resolve issues, and implement recovery plans.
• Manage customer communication, project reviews, status updates, and escalations.
• Track project KPIs, delivery metrics, financial performance, and resource utilization.
• Manage project changes and assess their impact on cost, schedule, and resources.
• Ensure proper documentation, approvals, and compliance with project governance processes.
• Mentor Project Managers and Project Coordinators.
• Drive continuous improvement in project execution and reporting.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in project/program management.
• Knowledge of project planning, governance, budgeting, risk management, and milestone tracking.
• Experience coordinating hardware, embedded software, systems, testing, and manufacturing teams.
• Understanding of automotive electronics, embedded systems, or automotive engineering.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and project tracking tools.
• Exposure to SAP, PLM, or ERP systems is preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Educational Qualification

B.E./B.Tech in Electronics and Communication, Electrical, Electrical and Instrumentation, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

Experience Required

12–20 years of experience in project/program management, preferably in Automotive Electronics, Embedded Systems, Defence, or Aerospace.

Additional Requirement

Willingness to travel to customer, supplier, and manufacturing locations.

Pay: ₹1,000,000\.00 \- ₹1,500,000\.00 per year
