The Projects and Proposals Executive plays a key role in driving business growth through both strategic client engagement and the preparation of competitive, high\-quality proposals. This role combines traditional business development functions such as lead generation and client relationship management with the technical and commercial responsibilities of preparing tenders and proposals for industrial and engineering projects.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by tracking tender portals, industry sources, and networking activities.
- Review and analyze RFQs, RFPs, EOIs, and tender documents to assess technical and commercial feasibility.
- Prepare and submit end\-to\-end techno\-commercial proposals that meet client specifications and align with company capabilities.
- Coordinate with cross\-functional teams to collect and consolidate input for proposals.
- Develop pricing sheets, cost estimates, compliance matrices, and supporting bid documentation.
- Liaise with vendors and subcontractors to source quotations, technical datasheets, and certificates required for proposals.
- Maintain proactive communication with clients, consultants, and partners to build relationships and stay informed about upcoming projects.
- Ensure timely and compliant submission of proposals, including documentation formatting, approvals, and delivery.
- Participate in pre\-bid and post\-bid meetings, including technical discussions, clarifications, and negotiations.
- Update and maintain a repository of templates, credentials, client communications, and technical content for future use.
- Support the contract finalization process and ensure smooth handover of awarded projects to the execution team.
Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
