As our Remote Prompt Engineer, you will be the bridge between human workflows and AI automation. Your primary objective will be to \*\*convert standard user processes into highly automated, AI\-based processes.\*\*

We do not just want "good enough" AI outputs. We need a specialist who understands how to engineer prompts that yield \*\*decisive reasoning and completely remove AI ambiguity and hallucination.\*\* You will map out how our employees work, build complex prompt chains, and deploy deterministic AI solutions that our team can trust to run flawlessly.

\#\#\# \*\*Key Responsibilities\*\*

\* \*\*Workflow Conversion:\*\* Analyze daily manual processes across various departments (sales, inventory, design, customer service) and architect automated AI solutions to replace them.

\* \*\*Precision Prompt Engineering:\*\* Design, test, and optimize complex prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs like OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) that force decisive reasoning and eliminate vague, ambiguous, or hallucinated outputs.

\* \*\*AI Automation Integration:\*\* Connect LLMs with automation platforms (such as Zapier, Make.com, or custom API integrations) to create seamless, end\-to\-end task automation for our staff.

\* \*\*Guardrail Development:\*\* Implement strict logical constraints, context\-injections, and "Chain\-of\-Thought" reasoning within prompts to ensure the AI acts with 100% reliability in a corporate environment.

\* \*\*Collaboration \& Training:\*\* Work closely with the US\-based team to understand their pain points, deploy your AI solutions, and provide basic guidelines on how to interact with the new automated systems.

\* \*\*Continuous Optimization:\*\* Monitor AI performance, review edge\-cases where the AI failed or was ambiguous, and aggressively refine the prompts to prevent future errors.

\#\#\# \*\*Qualifications\*\*

\* \*\*Experience:\*\* Proven experience as a Prompt Engineer, AI Automation Specialist, or similar role.

\* \*\*Technical Skills:\*\* Deep understanding of LLM behaviors, prompt frameworks (Zero\-shot, Few\-shot, Chain\-of\-Thought, ReAct), and token optimization.

\* \*\*Automation Knowledge:\*\* Experience with AI automation tools (Zapier, Make, LangChain) and basic understanding of API integrations. (Python or JavaScript skills are a major plus).

\* \*\*Analytical Mindset:\*\* Strong systems\-thinking ability. You must be able to break down a human task into a logical, step\-by\-step flowchart that an AI can execute.

\* \*\*Language \& Communication:\*\* Exceptional written and verbal English skills. The ability to write clear, hyper\-specific instructions is the core of this job.

\* \*\*Working Hours:\*\* Ability to maintain working hours that offer a strong overlap with Eastern Standard Time (EST) to communicate effectively with the New York team.
