We wish to introduce our company; **PH1 Industries Pvt Ltd** is an Engineering and Technology services company which has vast experience in the field of Alternate Fuel Feeding Systems \& Bulk Materials Handling systems for Cements, Pharma \& Chemicals, Oil \& Gas, and Power Industries.

• *Roles \& Responsibilities:**

· Review in detail customer requests (RFQs) and tender documents and perform basic engineering design required to define the scope of the proposal

· Create Bill of material and Quotation of relevant system solutions by communicating with the HOD.

· Draft techno\-commercial proposal and project costing sheet

· Communicate, negotiate and collaborate with 3rd party suppliers and fabricators to finalize their technical and commercial offers

· Create, maintain and update database of components required to complete proposals

· Support in customer meetings, site surveys and other activities required to complete technical and commercial proposals.

· The Proposal Manager will cooperate with the Technical Design Team, regional solution manager and the Head of the department to create a proposal that includes: basic engineering design, process flow, value proposition and quotation.

· The Proposal Manager will assist and work closely with Sales Manager.

· Participate in hand over meetings with Project Execution team

• *Requirements**

· Minimum **5 years** of experience in **Automation \& Engineering Industry**

• *Mandatory Experience in Bulk Material Handling(BMH)**

· Bachelor’s Degree in engineering\-related discipline **(e.g. Mechanical engineering, Electrical engineering, Controls/process engineering)**

· Excellent writing and communication skills in English is a must

· Good knowledge in flow applications

· Good knowledge in MS\-office, AutoCAD, Visio…

· Good knowledge in SAP/ERP will be a plus

· Highly organized and strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and multi\-task

· Excellent time management skills, and ability to deliver the outcome before deadline

Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹100,000\.00 per month
