Provisional Distribution Manager

PNB MetLife India Insurance Co. Ltd. is looking for motivated, enthusiastic, and goal\-oriented candidates to join its distribution team as a **Provisional Distribution Manager** in Kolkata.

This role offers an opportunity to develop leadership skills, build and manage a team of life insurance advisors, support recruitment activities, and contribute to business growth. The selected candidate will work closely with branch leadership to support team performance, recruitment, training, and distribution strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, onboard, and manage team members and life insurance advisors.
• Motivate and guide team members to achieve business targets and performance goals.
• Maintain recruitment documentation and employee records.
• Participate in and conduct training and development sessions for new recruits.
• Support advisors through company certification and skill\-development programmes.
• Collaborate with senior management to implement marketing and distribution strategies.
• Monitor team performance and provide ongoing guidance and support.
• Contribute to business development and the overall growth of the distribution team.
