• *Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (with travel across Telangana)**

• *Reporting to: Chief Public relation officer**

• *Position Summary:**

We are looking for a seasoned Public Relations Manager to lead stakeholder engagement and liaison for HKM Charitable Foundation Breakfast Programme across Telangana. The role requires strong networking with Government Officials, Ministers, MLAs, MPs, IAS Officers, and District Administration to ensure smooth implementation and expansion of the programme.

• *Key\-Responsibilities:**

• *1\. Government Liaison \& Advocacy:**

· Act as the primary point of contact with Govt. of Telangana \- Education Dept, Collectorates, Finance Dept, and related departments.

· Regularly interact with Ministers, MLAs, MPs, MLCs, IAS / IPS Officers, MEOs, DEOs.

· Facilitate MoUs, approvals, fund releases, and Govt. orders for Breakfast scheme**.**

• *2\. Political Stakeholder Management:**

· Build and maintain strong rapport with political leadership across all districts of Telangana. Invite and manage dignitaries for kitchen visits, school visits, and events.

· Handle protocol for VIP visits.

• *3\. Public Relations \& Media:**

· Build strong media relations \- print, electronic, and digital media in Telangana.

· Draft press releases, speeches, briefing notes for leadership.

· Organize press conferences, inauguration events, and government functions.

• *4\. Programme Expansion:**

· Support identification of new locations / districts for Breakfast programme expansion through govt. support.

· Coordinate with internal Operations, HR, and Finance teams for proposals.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications:**

· Master's Degree in Public Relations / Mass Communication / Political Science / Public Policy / MBA. Any graduate with relevant experience is also considered.

· Minimum 10 years of experience in PR, Govt. Liaison, Public Affairs, preferably in NGO, Education, CSR, or Social Sector.

· Proven track record of handling Govt. Officials and Politicians in Telangana is mandatory.

· Excellent communication in English, Telugu, and Hindi. Knowledge of Telugu is compulsory.

· Strong network across Secretariat, Education Department, and District Administrations.

· Excellent interpersonal skills, presentation skills, and documentation.

Willing to travel extensively across Telan

Pay: ₹80,000\.00 \- ₹100,000\.00 per month
