Purchase Executive

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Procure interior materials such as plywood, laminates, hardware, veneers, glass, electricals, lighting, paints, décor items, and furniture accessories.
• Identify and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
• Compare quotations and finalize cost\-effective purchases.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, designers, and factory teams regarding material requirements.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery to project sites and factory.
• Maintain purchase records, invoices, quotations, and vendor databases.
• Monitor stock availability and avoid material shortages.
• Ensure quality and specification compliance of purchased materials.
• Handle urgent site requirements and market purchases when necessary.
• Prepare periodic procurement and expense reports.

• *Required Skills:**

• Strong knowledge of interior materials and market vendors.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic ERP/software handling.
• Good coordination and follow\-up skills.
• Knowledge of Hyderabad market vendors is an added advantage.

• *Qualification:**

• Any Graduate / Diploma

Experience : 1\-3 years

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
