• *Department:** Purchase \& Procurement### **Key Responsibilities**

• Manage overall purchasing and procurement activities.
• Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Analyze current market prices and raw material trends.
• Procure yarn, fabrics, garment accessories, dyes, chemicals, packing materials, and factory spares.
• Control purchase costs and identify cost\-saving opportunities.
• Coordinate with Production, Stores, Quality, Maintenance, and Finance teams.
• Manage inventory requirements and ensure timely material availability.
• Lead the purchase team and maintain proper procurement records.

### **Requirements**

• Degree in Textile Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 15–25 years of experience in Purchase \& Procurement, preferably in the textile and garment industry.
• Strong vendor network and supplier management.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of current market trends and price analysis.
• Expertise in cost control, budgeting, and procurement planning.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision\-making skills.
