Purchase / Sourcing Manager – Valves \& Heavy Engineering

Experience: 15\+ yrs in Purchase

Education: DME / B. Tech (Mechanical)

• **Experience:**
• Mid\-to\-senior level experience (typically 15\+years) in procurement/purchase within valve manufacturing, heavy engineering, or oil \& gas sectors.
• Hands\-on exposure to sourcing castings, forgings, and machined valve parts (ball, gate, globe, check, or control valves)
• **Technical Skills \& Tools:**
• **Proficiency in ERP systems**
• **Strong working knowledge of reading mechanical engineering drawings, BOMs, and metallurgical/valve standards.**
• Experience handling imports, Letter of Credit (LC), customs/shipping documentation, and statutory license
