Purchase Manager

• *Key Responsibilities**

• *1\. Purchase Order (P.O.) \& Inventory Management**

· Prepare and raise Purchase Orders (P.O.) for assembly spare parts and other requirements based on approvals.

· Track purchase orders and ensure adherence to delivery schedules.

· Maintain accurate documentation and records of all issued P.O.s.

· Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores/operations for replenishment.

• *2\. Vendor Coordination \& Sourcing**

· Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for goods and services.

· Obtain and compare quotations to ensure competitive pricing and quality.

· Maintain strong relationships with vendors and negotiate terms, discounts, and contracts.

· Regularly follow up with vendors/suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues related to delays, quality, or quantity discrepancies.

· Maintain a vendor communication log and update status regularly.

• *3\. Purchase \& Sales Entry**

· Enter purchase and sales transactions accurately in **Tally Prime**.

· Maintain proper records of all purchase and sales entries.

· Ensure timely and accurate updates of accounts in coordination with the finance team.

• *4\. Cost Control \& Budget Management**

· Assist in cost analysis and procurement budgeting.

· Identify opportunities to reduce costs while maintaining quality.

• *Bike \& Asset Maintenance**

· Monitor company\-owned bikes and operational equipment.

· Schedule and follow up on servicing and maintenance.

· Maintain an Excel sheet with details such as service dates, issues, costs, and next due service.

• *7\. Coordination \& Communication**

· Coordinate with internal teams (Accounts, Operations, Production) to identify purchasing requirements.

· Communicate with suppliers regarding order confirmations, delays, or discrepancies.

• *8\. Problem Resolution \& Process Improvement**

· Resolve issues related to delayed deliveries, damaged goods, or incorrect orders.

· Suggest improvements to streamline procurement processes and enhance efficiency.

• *9\. Reporting \& Documentation**

· Prepare periodic reports on purchases, sales, supplier performance, and procurement status using **MS Excel / Advanced Excel**.

· Maintain accurate records of all purchase, sales, and supplier data.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
