Kshetra Oil Spices \& Beyond Trading LLP is looking for an experienced and driven Purchase Manager to lead the sourcing and procurement of packaging materials for our growing product portfolio.

· Manage sourcing and procurement of packaging materials.
· Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best value, quality, and service.
· Ensure timely availability of materials to support production requirements.
· Develop and strengthen vendor relationships.
· Drive cost optimization and process improvements.
· Collaborate with internal teams on packaging development and new product launches.
· 5–10\+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or purchasing.
· Strong experience in packaging material procurement.
· Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
· Experience in FMCG, Food Processing, Packaging, or Manufacturing sectors preferred.
· Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities.
· Ability to work independently while managing multiple stakeholders.
