Python AI/ML Developer

• *AI / Generative AI EngineerRole Overview**We are looking for an experienced **AI / Generative AI Engineer** with strong expertise in **Python, LLMs, RAG, NLP, FastAPI, Flask, and Agentic AI** to design and build scalable, production\-ready AI solutions.**Key Responsibilities**

• Design and develop **end\-to\-end GenAI architectures** for AI assistants, RAG systems, conversational AI, and agentic applications.
• Build and deploy **production\-ready AI/GenAI systems** with focus on scalability, reliability, performance, security, and cost optimization.
• Develop backend services and APIs using **Python, FastAPI, Flask, and REST APIs**.
• Design and optimize **RAG pipelines**, including document processing, embeddings, vector search, retrieval, and contextual generation.
• Implement **LLM applications, prompt engineering, function/tool calling, dynamic functions, context management, and AI agents**.
• Apply **NLP techniques** for intent detection, entity extraction, semantic search, summarization, question answering, and conversational AI.
• Lead and mentor the **Python/AI engineering team**, including task allocation, technical guidance, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
• Own technical architecture and make technology decisions across **LLMs, vector databases, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure**.
• Take AI solutions from **POC to production**, including testing, deployment, monitoring, debugging, and continuous optimization.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into effective AI solutions.
