Python Developer II Immediate Joiner

• *Open Position:** Python Developer

• *Required Experience:** 3\+ Years

• *Location:** 4\-6 months consider as remote after that we need a person who is willing to relocate **Pune**

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs, WebSocket services, and integrations with third\-party providers.
• Work with Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django, including async FastAPI and the Django ORM/admin.
• Design, manage, and optimize databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Use Redis for live state, caching, and inter\-service coordination, and run background work through Celery or an equivalent task queue.
• Integrate with external HTTP and WebSocket APIs, including brokerage, payment, and data providers (OAuth flows, webhook handling, retry/reconnection logic).
• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate backend services with React JS applications.
• Understand React JS fundamentals, components, hooks, state management, and API integration to support frontend development when required.
• Develop and integrate AI\-powered features using Large Language Models (LLMs), AI APIs, and relevant AI frameworks.
• Use AI development tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar to improve coding productivity, debugging, testing, and documentation.
• Work with AI APIs and tools for chatbot development, automation, and intelligent application features.
• Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well\-documented code.
• Identify and resolve bugs, performance bottlenecks, and production incidents, especially in real\-time or order\-flow paths.
• Collaborate with designers, frontend developers, and other team members to deliver projects on time.
• Follow best practices for application security, version control, testing, and deployment.

• *Required Skills:**

• Strong knowledge of Python and backend development.
• Hands\-on production experience with FastAPI and/or Django.
• Working knowledge of React JS and JavaScript, sufficient to make focused frontend changes when a backend change requires it.
• Experience with REST APIs, WebSockets, and relational and in\-memory databases (PostgreSQL and Redis).
• Experience running background work with Celery or an equivalent task queue.
• Familiarity with AI tools, LLMs, and AI API integration.
• Knowledge of Git, debugging, and code optimization.
• Strong problem\-solving and communication skills.
• Preferred: Experience with LangChain, RAG, and cloud deployment.

• *Desired (but not required) Skills:**

• Experience integrating with brokerage or trading APIs (order placement, fills, position reconciliation) or similar real\-time third\-party systems.
• Experience with subscription billing and payment integrations (e.g., Stripe webhooks, pause/resume, proration).
• Awareness of quantitative or technical\-analysis concepts and the ability to translate strategy logic into clean, testable code.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker).
• Familiarity with other high\-performance languages.
• Knowledge of low\-latency systems or real\-time data processing.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Plotly).
• A portfolio of relevant personal projects on GitHub.

• *Education:**

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
