Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the migration of legacy Oracle Forms applications to modern Python/Django web applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Client expectations
• Manage end\-to\-end project planning, execution, delivery, and stakeholder communication.
• Exposure to Quality process \& compliance metrics.
• Coordinate \& oversee Python/Django development, API integration, and database\-related activities.
• Work closely with business analysts, architects, developers, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Ensure functional parity, testing, data integrity, and successful production deployment.
• Drive migration strategy, release planning, cutover, and post\-go\-live support.

Required Skills

• Fluent in communication \& excellent articulation skills
• Strong experience in project management through appropriate tools \& techniques.
• Knowledge of Python, Django, REST APIs, and modern web application architecture.
• Experience in legacy application modernization or migration projects
• Exposure to SDLC \& relevant process
• Excellent stakeholder management, and problem\-solving skills.
• Knowledge in Oracle Forms, Database \& PL/SQL is an added advantage
• Exposure to AI tools like Co\-pilot \& Chat GPT

Preferred: Experience managing Oracle Forms to Python/Django migration or similar legacy application modernization projects Desirable.
