Role Overview

We are seeking a powerhouse Lead Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team. With over a decade

of hands\-on experience, you will be a cornerstone of our development process, bridging the gap between

sophisticated backend logic, intuitive frontend experiences, and modern cloud infrastructure. You aren't just

a coder; you are a high\-level architect and a critical thinker motivated to adapt and master new technologies

as the landscape evolves.

Key Responsibilities

End\-to\-End Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable software applications from the

database to the UI.

Backend \& System Architecture: Architect server\-side logic using Java, Python, or .NET, making high\-

level design choices that dictate technical standards and software coding excellence.

Frontend Mastery: Create seamless, responsive user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript to

ensure a consistent cross\-platform experience.

Cloud \& Infrastructure

Design and manage scalable Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation to automate

environment setup.

Own the Deployment lifecycle, ensuring smooth CI/CD pipelines and high system availability.

Leadership \& Mentorship: Lead code reviews, provide technical guidance to junior developers, and drive

best practices in Agile environments.

Adaptive Problem Solving: Demonstrate a strong motivation to learn and integrate new technologies as

needed to solve complex business challenges.

Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements

into technical reality.

Required Skills \& Mindset

Experience: 10\+ years in full\-stack development with a proven track record of leading complex projects.
