JD Summary – Full Stack Technical Lead / Full Stack Developer

• **Domain:** Spa Ecommerce, Booking \& Back\-Office Platform
• **Core Tech:** Python, Next.js, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL
• **Platform:** API\-first, multi\-brand / multi\-tenant spa ecommerce system
• **Key Features:** Spa bookings, treatments, spa breaks, group packages, gift vouchers, and venue management
• **Backend:** Build secure Python APIs, business workflows, transactions, integrations, and background jobs
• **Frontend:** Develop responsive Next.js/React customer storefronts and back\-office interfaces
• **Database:** PostgreSQL data modelling, transactions, query optimisation and data integrity
• **Booking:** Manage availability, capacity, allocations, confirmations, amendments, cancellations and refunds
• **Payments:** Payment gateway integration, webhooks, retries and payment recovery
• **Integrations:** Spa/hotel systems, suppliers and external booking platforms
• **Performance:** Dragonfly/Redis caching and Elastic search for fast search and discovery
• **Testing:** Unit, integration and end\-to\-end testing with strong QA collaboration
• **DevOps:** CI/CD, cloud deployment, release and rollback practices
• **Monitoring:** Structured logging, metrics, OpenTelemetry/APM and production troubleshooting
• **Technical Lead:** Architecture ownership, technical decisions, code reviews, mentoring and delivery planning
• **Developer:** Hands\-on feature development, debugging, documentation and production support
• **Preferred Domain Experience:** Ecommerce, hospitality, travel, hotel or reservation/booking platforms
• **Good\-to\-have:** Cloudflare, Dragonfly/Redis, Elasticsearch, Kibana, OpenTelemetry, payment gateways, data warehousing and Spark
• **Key Candidate Profile:** Strong full\-stack developer with **production experience \+ transactional systems \+ booking/ecommerce workflows**
• **For Technical Lead:** Must demonstrate **hands\-on coding \+ architecture \+ team leadership**, not just people management.

Pay: ₹1,800,000\.00 \- ₹2,000,000\.00 per year
