We are looking for an Automation Tester to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of software applications through automated testing. The ideal candidate will design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts while working closely with developers to identify and resolve defects.
*Key Responsibilities**
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web applications.
Identify, document, and track software defects using bug\-tracking tools.
Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test documentation.
Perform regression, functional, smoke, sanity, and API testing through automation.
Review requirements and provide feedback on testability and quality risks.
Ensure automation frameworks are scalable, maintainable, and reusable.
*Required Skills \& Qualifications**
Minimum 2 years of experience in Automation Testing.
Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
Hands\-on experience with Playwright automation framework.
Proficiency in at least one programming language.
Familiarity with defect tracking and project management tools such as Jira.
Understanding of test automation frameworks and best practices.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience with Selenium or other automation tools.
