QA Engineer

Key Responsibilities
\* Perform end\-to\-end testing of web\-based enterprise applications to ensure adherence to business requirements and quality standards.
\* Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements and user stories.
\* Conduct Manual Functional Testing, API Testing, Database Testing, and Performance Testing.
\* Identify, document, track, and validate defects through resolution in collaboration with development and business teams.
\* Develop and maintain automation test scripts using Robot Framework.
\* Perform backend data validation using complex SQL queries.
\* Create and maintain QA documentation, test evidence, and audit artifacts to support compliance requirements.
\* Validate data flows, integrations, reports, and enterprise application functionality.
\* Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, developers, and support teams to ensure quality deliverables.
\* Support production validation, issue analysis, and operational testing activities as required.
Mandatory Skills
\* 5–8 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and Testing.
\* Strong experience in Manual Functional Testing.
\* Hands\-on experience in API Testing.
\* Experience in Performance Testing.
\* Strong SQL skills with the ability to write and troubleshoot complex queries.
\* Experience in developing and executing automation scripts using Robot Framework.
\* Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python.
\* Experience in creating and maintaining test documentation and audit evidence.
\* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
\* Experience with Azure services, including Azure Data Factory.
\* Familiarity with Power BI reporting and data validation.
\* Experience with ERP applications such as Oracle EBS, SAP Business One, Infor Syteline, or similar enterprise systems.
\* Exposure to ETL/Data Validation Testing and Integration Testing.
\* Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
