Job Summary

We are looking for a detail\-oriented and proactive QA Engineer with strong experience in Mobile Automation Testing to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on expertise in Appium, Selenium, API Testing, and Automation Frameworks. This role requires close collaboration with developers, product teams, and DevOps teams to deliver high\-quality software releases.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute test cases for web and mobile applications.

Perform manual and automated testing to ensure product quality and reliability.

Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Java, Selenium, and Appium.

Execute mobile automation testing across Android and iOS platforms.

Perform API testing and automation using tools such as Postman and Rest Assured.

Conduct regression, smoke, sanity, integration, and end\-to\-end testing.

Identify, document, track, and verify defects using bug\-tracking tools.

Validate application functionality, usability, performance, and security.

Perform database testing and data validation using SQL queries.

Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and resolve issues.

Work with CI/CD pipelines and Jenkins to support continuous testing.

Participate in test planning, estimation, and release validation activities.

Ensure timely delivery of high\-quality software releases.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

5–6 years of professional experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.

Strong hands\-on experience in Mobile Automation Testing using Appium.

Proficiency in Java and Selenium Automation Frameworks.

Experience in API Testing and Automation using Postman, Rest Assured, or similar tools.

Strong understanding of Mobile Application Testing for Android and iOS platforms.

Experience in Manual Testing, Functional Testing, Regression Testing, and Integration Testing.

Knowledge of SQL and Database Testing.

Experience working with Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines.

Basic understanding of AWS or cloud\-based environments.

Strong analytical, debugging, and problem\-solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills

Experience in testing mobile\-based consumer applications, e\-commerce, or delivery platforms.

Knowledge of TestNG, Maven, and automation framework design.

Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Exposure to JIRA, TestRail, or similar test management tools.

Understanding of performance testing tools such as JMeter.

Experience in end\-to\-end testing of distributed systems and microservices architecture.
