QA Engineer

We are looking for a detail\-oriented and proactive QA Engineer with 2–5 years of experience in software quality assurance. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of manual testing, test case design, defect tracking, and software testing methodologies. Knowledge of automation testing is preferred and will be an added advantage. The candidate will work closely with developers, Business Analysts, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high\-quality, reliable, and user\-friendly software applications.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Understand business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories to identify test scenarios.
• Prepare and maintain test plans, test cases, test data, and test execution reports.
• Perform functional, regression, smoke, integration and end\-to\-end testing.
• Identify, document, track, and retest defects using tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Validate database records and application data using SQL queries.
• Collaborate with developers and Business Analysts to clarify requirements and resolve defects.
• Conduct cross\-browser, UI, usability, and basic compatibility testing.
• Participate in sprint planning, requirement discussions, defect triage, and release reviews. Perform pre\-release validation and ensure that critical defects are resolved before production deployment.
• Maintain QA documentation and provide clear testing status updates to the team. Knowledge of automation testing frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to the team's test automation initiatives.

• *Required Skills and Qualifications**

• 2–5 years of hands\-on experience in software quality assurance and testing.
• Strong understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience in writing test cases, executing test scenarios, and reporting defects.
• Good analytical, problem\-solving, and debugging skills.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Experience using Azure Devops.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross\-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications
• Hands\-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
• Experience with API testing using Postman.
• Knowledge of automation scripting using Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Experience testing web\-based applications.
• Experience in healthcare software, billing, RCM, or other domain\-specific applications is an added advantage

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹37,000\.00 per month
