We’re looking for a detail\-oriented QA Engineer to ensure the quality, accuracy, and reliability of both data and applications across our technology ecosystem. This role will focus heavily on SQL\-based data validation and Salesforce application testing, working closely with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver high\-quality, trusted solutions.
You’ll be hands\-on in validating data pipelines, reports, integrations, and Salesforce functionality, making sure what we build works as expected and the data behind it is correct.
Data Quality \& SQL QA
- Validate data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across databases and reporting layers using SQL
- Write and execute complex SQL queries to test data transformations, ETL processes, and business rules
- Perform source\-to\-target data validation and reconciliation
- Identify data anomalies, trends, and root causes of defects
- Partner with data engineers and analysts to resolve data quality issues
Application \& Salesforce QA
- Test Salesforce configurations including objects, fields, flows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards
- Validate Salesforce integrations with external systems and data sources
- Execute functional, regression, and integration testing for Salesforce and related applications
- Create and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and test plans based on business and technical requirements
- Log, track, and retest defects through resolution
General QA \& Collaboration
- Participate in requirements reviews to ensure testability and data integrity
- Support UAT activities and collaborate with business users
- Contribute to QA best practices, standards, and documentation
- Work within Agile/Scrum development processes
- *Required Qualifications**
- **3\+ years of experience** in QA Engineering, Data QA, or similar role
- Strong **T\-SQL skills**
- Strong hands\-on experience with **SQL (writing complex queries, joins, subqueries)**
- Experience testing **Salesforce applications**
- Solid understanding of **data validation concepts** and **application testing methodologies**
- Experience with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail)
- Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills with high attention to detail
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, or similar)
- Experience testing data integrations, APIs, or ETL pipelines
- Familiarity with data warehouses and reporting tools
- Experience with automated testing tools (for Salesforce or data validation)
- Background working in Agile environments
Pay: ₹60,000\.00 \- ₹75,000\.00 per month
