QA Engineer II

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Create and execute test scenarios, test cases, and regression suites.

Perform functional, system, integration, UI, exploratory, compatibility, and basic performance testing.

Develop and maintain automation using Python, Selenium, and Playwright.

Automate UI and backend/API test scenarios.

Apply a test\-to\-fail mindset and identify functional and edge\-case defects.

Perform test\-case prioritization and effective defect reporting.

Troubleshoot failures using logs and tools

Execute testing across Windows/Linux/macOS and relevant mobile platforms.

Integrate and execute automated tests through Jenkins/CI pipelines.

Work with developers and senior QA engineers to analyze and resolve defects.

Required Skills

Good understanding of STLC, test methodologies, test design, and defect lifecycle.

Hands\-on experience in functional and automation testing.

Good Python scripting skills with Selenium/Playwright.

Understanding of UI, API/backend, database, and network testing.

Basic knowledge of security products and network protocols.

Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
