- *Job Description: QA Engineer – Customer Success Intern**
We are looking for a **QA Engineer** to support our customer\-facing initiatives by creating high\-quality testcases for **POCs and paid customers**. This role focuses on **testcase design and execution at scale**, using both **AI\-assisted and manual approaches**.
You will work closely with **Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs)** and follow clearly defined scopes and walkthroughs. This is a **non\-customer\-facing role** and is critical to ensuring accuracy, speed, and quality in customer deliveries.
* Create testcases using **BotGauge** with
- AI\-assisted generation
- Manual testcase writing where required
Build
- End\-to\-end user journeys
- Scenario variations
- Negative and edge cases (mainly for paid customers)
Ensure testcases are
- Clear and well\-structured
- Easy to understand for internal and customer review
- *Execution \& Collaboration**
- Follow scope, walkthrough recordings, and instructions shared by FDEs
- Ask clarifying questions when application flows are unclear
- Implement feedback accurately and within agreed timelines
- Maintain consistency in testcase naming and structure
- *Quality \& Process Adherence**
- Ensure testcases reflect real user behavior
- Avoid assumptions or scope expansion
- Update testcases based on feedback and re\-validation cycles
- Follow CRM\-linked workflows and delivery timelines
- *What This Role Does NOT Include**
- Direct communication with customers
- Scoping or prioritization decisions
- Final approval of testcases
- Ownership of customer outcomes
- *Required Skills \& Qualifications**
- Strong understanding of **software testing fundamentals**
- Experience writing **manual testcases**
- Ability to understand application flows from walkthrough recordings
- High attention to detail and structured thinking
- Comfort working with AI\-generated outputs and validating them
- Experience with **test management tools**
- Understanding of **web applications**
- Basic exposure to **test automation concepts**
- Prior experience in SaaS or startup environments
